What happens if I cancel Vault Elite?+
Nothing is deleted. You keep every holding, photo and note, and move to the Free plan's limits: 20 holdings, gold and silver for new entries, 2 price alerts and 1 goal.
Is my data private?+
Yes. Your records are tied to your private account and are never shown to other users, and we do not sell your data. You can export everything as Excel at any time.
Does BullionKeeper work offline?+
Your holdings stay readable on the device you use. Spot prices need an internet connection and refresh when you are online.
Which currencies and weight units are supported?+
Spot prices are available in more than 50 currencies, shown per gram or per troy ounce. You can switch units and currency in settings.
Can I import my existing records?+
Yes. You can import a CSV or Excel file, including order exports from dealers such as APMEX, JM Bullion and Kitco, and export your records as Excel whenever you like.
Why is there no monthly plan?+
Collecting metal is a long-term habit. Vault Elite is one yearly price or a single lifetime payment, which keeps pricing simple and avoids a subscription you have to remember to manage.
What is the Lifetime Founding Member price?+
Lifetime access is $299 and limited to the first 200 members. Founding Members keep Vault Elite for life, with no renewals.
Is there a mobile app?+
BullionKeeper runs in your browser today. iOS and Android apps are in progress.
