Please read these terms carefully before using BullionKeeper. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By creating an account or using BullionKeeper ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free Collector accounts and paid Vault Elite subscribers.
BullionKeeper is a personal portfolio tracking application for physical precious metals. The Service provides: • Holdings tracking and cost basis calculations • Live precious metals spot prices via third-party APIs • Historical price charting • Photo and document storage for holdings • Community posts and deal sharing (between users) BullionKeeper is a tracking tool only. It is not a financial adviser, broker, or dealer.
Nothing in BullionKeeper constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Spot prices shown are sourced from third-party APIs and may be delayed or inaccurate. All investment decisions are your own responsibility. Past performance of precious metals prices does not guarantee future results.
• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. • You must not share your account with others. • You must provide accurate information during registration. • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You agree not to: • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information in community posts or deal listings • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose • Circumvent any access controls or security measures Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension.
Vault Elite is available as a Yearly subscription ($49.99/year) or a one-time Lifetime purchase ($299, limited to the first 200 Founding Members). There is no monthly plan. • Yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date • Lifetime purchases are one-time and never renew or expire • Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase if you have not used premium features • Cancelling a Yearly subscription takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then • Purchases made in the native iOS/Android app are processed through Apple/Google in-app purchase and are subject to their respective refund policies; purchases made on the web are processed through our web payment provider • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice for future purchases — existing Lifetime members keep their access forever regardless of price changes
You retain ownership of all content you upload to BullionKeeper (photos, invoices, community posts). By uploading content, you grant BullionKeeper a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and display that content as part of operating the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content you submit. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT PRICE DATA WILL BE ACCURATE OR CURRENT. USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BULLIONKEEPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY FINANCIAL LOSSES BASED ON INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
